<aside> 💡 Instructions on how to use the Daily Habit Tracker:

  1. Rename the Habit slots to reflect your habits.
  2. You can also track other aspects of your day, such as hours slept and mood.
  3. Each morning and evening, check off the habits you have completed.
  4. To view or edit the journal pages, click on the "New" button and select the dropdown menu.
  5. Use the morning and evening journal pages and follow the prompts.
  6. To set up a recurring task: click New, then click on the three dots, select Repeat, then select Everyday. Then add a filter where created time is today.
  7. You can check out the Archive pages to see your progress and filter by week, month, etc.
