💡 Instructions on how to use the Daily Habit Tracker:
- Rename the Habit slots to reflect your habits.
- You can also track other aspects of your day, such as hours slept and mood.
- Each morning and evening, check off the habits you have completed.
- To view or edit the journal pages, click on the "New" button and select the dropdown menu.
- Use the morning and evening journal pages and follow the prompts.
- To set up a recurring task: click New, then click on the three dots, select Repeat, then select Everyday.
Then add a filter where created time is today.
- You can check out the Archive pages to see your progress and filter by week, month, etc.
