<aside> 🗒️ To use this page as a meal plan and macro tracker template, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the "Duplicate" button located in the top right corner of the page to create your own copy.
  2. Rename the page to reflect your personal meal plan and macro goals.
  3. Use the Meal Plan tab to plan your meals for the week. To add ingredients, simply enter your meal and open the pages. To turn on weekly refresh, click on Filter-Date-Advanced Filter-Where date is relative to today-This Week.
  4. Use the Macro Tracker tab to see your macros for the day. To turn on daily refresh, click on Filter-Date-Advanced Filter-Where date is today.
  5. Use the AI block to quickly look up macro information for specific ingredients.
  6. Use the Food Database to add ingredients and macro information.
  7. Customize the page to fit your specific needs and preferences.
  8. Use the page consistently to stay on track with your nutrition goals.
